Leo Schatzl
Born 1958 in Obernberg am Inn, lives in Vienna and Linz. Central aspects of his artistic work are the examination of social regulatory systems, experiments with everyday objects and the "manipulation" of our visual habits with the help of technical devices. In public spaces in Lower Austria, his works include the sculpture Hoher Zaun, 1999, in Laa a. d. Thaya and the roundabout design Großes Zwiebelchen in Unterstinkenbrunn, 2007.
