Information

The basic idea for the design of the wall to the interior alludes to two levels. First Robert Lettner attempted to find ways to combine the old substance (a school in the classicist style) and the extension (in a contemporary style) by employing the classicist cornicing in the extension as a quotation in his artistic deliberations. Then for the images and compositions he addressed 'signs of the times', signals, flags, symbols, writings, hieroglyphics and codes. These are narratives about regular sequences, feelings laced with contradictions, successions of colour, colour spaces, landscape and ornamentation.
